Freedom. We American’s love it! We sing it with gusto: the land of the free, and the home of the brave!
Yet, many of us are not living free. We are trapped by our own insecurities, timidity, and external pressures.
One of the things I was reminded about during our most recent gathering of our Dream Accelerator was how common limiting beliefs are! Every one of our participants had no issue naming their restraining self-talk as they considered their dream.
We were able to name them, and reframe them!
it was so powerful and encouraging to take our reframing statements and make them stick.
My favorite was “Here, hold my beer!”
That simple mantra unlocked a few people in the room. It helped them acknowledge the fear that was keeping them stuck and #moveforwardanyway.

- How will you use it to pursue your dream that will make the world a better place?

Name your limiting beliefs as it relates to your dream.
And then,
Reframe those beliefs with your own motivational mantra.
